We have stayed in this house 3-4 years. We are happy with decor, location and this year (2025) the house was extra clean and organized and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our only complaint is the lack of a MUCH NEEDED CLOTHESLINE, we are trying to save energy and with 15 people , we do not want to have to use the dryer for our beach towels daily. (first year there was a broken clothesline). Also, there are a lot of tall weeds in the backyard (making it unusable for kids to hang out in) including vines creeping around the picnic table. Also, if possible, it would be great for the one bedroom to swap out their double bed for a queen even if it makes the room size tight.
