It's an easy 400 steps to the sand or a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Take a dip in the community pool or enjoy internet TV and Wifi throughout. Great Place Close to the Beach

This was an excellent condo in Sea Pines Village, in the unit closest to the beach. Only 1 block away. The unit was noticeably clean when we got there, and the furnishing were nice. The carpeting upstairs was brand new, and LVT flooring downstairs also looked new, it is obvious the owner keeps this place up to date. Comfy beds, and this unit had the upstairs bathrooms separated into two private ones. Original layouts were a walk-through, much less private. The patio was nice, and in the shade of the pines, with a nice Weber gas grill and patio set; very private. The upper deck off the master was also a nice feature, with just 2 chairs. Since it was September and not scorching hot, it was nice to sit out there to read. We stayed in several Sea Pines units and this was the nicest so far. The pool of course being right there, is a bonus.
