Great for Paddlers
by TimThis is a great house if you like to kayak and paddle board. There's a boat-ramp-style launch and a dock for launching. From the house you can paddle the canals or head out into Little Assawoman Bay. Easy walking/biking to the beach. Nice variety of porches - screened and unscreened. Pretty little grassy lawn out back. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The one thing it lacks is an outdoor shower. Other than that, all good.
Absolute Bargain of a Summer Vacation Rental

My family of four (parents and two small children aged 2.5 and 5) rented it along with another family of five (parents plus small children aged 3, 7, and 9) for one week in August 2024. It was very clean and well appointed. The location cannot be beat. The beaches in South Bethany are less busier than downtown, so we always had plenty of space on the beach and always had a spot right near the water so we could watch our children without chasing them around. And the beach is literally a 10 minute walk or two minute drive. The house also had four separate outdoor areas/decks, including a great screened in area and a beautiful balcony off the primary bedroom. We loved the experience and look forward to renting there again in the future.

Great Vacation Home
by Christen KaeserThis house is beautiful with ample natural light and private access to the canal. We loved having breakfasts and dinners on the screened in porch overlooking the waterway. There is plenty of room to spread out, a well stocked, modern kitchen, and everything you would need for a great vacation. Highly recommended!
Summer Family Vacation
by Mary Lisa S.We couldn't have been more pleased with this exceptional property! The size, condition and location afforded us a very pleasant experience at beautiful South Bethany Beach. The set up of the house was perfect for a family gathering with a very open first floor living /dining / kitchen combination. The screened in porch and deck overlooking the canal were favorite spots in the morning and evening hours. And such a plus to be able to walk to the beach! All in all, a great experience and definitely a place we would like to go back to next summer
